① Counselling (Psychotherapy)
Often referred to as a ‘talking therapy’, Counselling, or Psychotherapy strives to develop comprehension, personal growth and healing through our client-counsellor relationship.
It provides a confidential space where you can openly discuss your thoughts and emotions with a non-judgmental and professional listener.
Life’s challenges are universal, and at times, we lack the tools to navigate them independently. In counselling sessions, I aim to equip you with new coping mechanisms, perspectives and resources to enhance your well-being. I’m here to listen, ensuring you feel heard and understood, and together, we can explore new paths toward progress.

② Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a form of psychotherapy used to treat trauma and distressing experiences. During sessions, I can help you process distressing memories by guiding you to recall the event whilst simultaneously engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movements, sounds, or taps.
The goal is to help you reprocess these memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity, allowing you to integrate the experience into your past without it causing as much distress. EMDR is based on the idea that traumatic experiences can get “stuck” in the brain, causing ongoing distress, and that bilateral stimulation helps the brain reprocess these memories effectively. It’s often used in treating conditions like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and phobias.

Unresolved Trauma: Persistent distress and emotional pain from past traumatic experiences that impact daily life.
Intrusive Memories: Frequent, distressing flashbacks or memories that interfere with your ability to function normally.
Low Self-Esteem: Struggling with self-worth and confidence issues as a result of past traumatic experiences.
EMDR can help you, by:
Lowering the emotional intensity of traumatic memories, leading to a reduction in distress and intrusive thoughts.
Improving self-worth and confidence as past traumas are processed and integrated more healthily.
Restoring the ability to engage fully in daily life without being hindered by unresolved trauma.

③ Clinical Supervision
In my role as a supervisor, I aim to instill the same core values and empathetic attitudes that I bring to my client interactions – specifically, authenticity, empathetic comprehension, and acceptance.
Given the demanding nature of a therapist’s role, I believe that the most effective way to support your professional growth is by embodying the qualities you need during supervision, to help you develop / change your client interactions.
My clinical supervision services (a service only available to other therapists), offers professionals a supportive environment to reflect on your practice, gain new perspectives, and enhance your professional growth through a values-driven approach.

Mindfulness encompasses awareness, acceptance, compassion, and non-judgment, seamlessly intertwining with my counseling approach.
I provide personalised mindfulness coaching sessions to aid in deepening your practice or addressing specific life challenges that could benefit from targeted mindfulness sessions. I can help you to cultivate awareness, clarity, and calm to better manage life’s challenges.

Chronic Stress: Struggling with persistent stress and finding it hard to unwind or relax.
